I used to have this labelled as a Capybara, and I swear that's how the zoo has labelled the animal. Some stern user corrected me, though.8/4/2002. Resolution: 2943x2445.

Sorry, but what is kimerikas? Jane. (3/27/2008, 1:26 AM)
I was just at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort in Farmington Pennsylvania, and a young woman had a cavey on a leash in the lobby. It was totally enjoyable to see him (Theodore). What a sweet and beautiful animal (rodent). (1/20/2008, 3:33 PM)
This is a patagonian cavy. Most likely not fully grown(3-4 months) yet. I own one. Very similar to a rabbit but more sociable. She is starting to take on the characteristics of her fellow pets(cats) and loves to play. Hard to paper train and needs a lot of attention but hilarious and well worth it for pet lovers.
