| I think this picture says a lot about the state of the US right now. Very poignant, that we put the creature that we consider a symbol of freedom in captivity. Yes, they're endangered, and often injury is the reason for their captivity, but there's something remarkably ironic about caging an animal you would like to think of as majestic and free.
