Gray Fox pictures, also known as Tree Foxes (Urocyon cinereoargenteus).

Gray Foxes, also known as Tree Foxes, are adept climbers. Grey foxes have been observed over 30 feet up in trees. They shimmy up the trunk; then they are able to jump from branch to branch to attain greater heights. Climbing allows them to flee from predators and to reach squirrel or bird nests on which to prey.

The general coloration is gray, but a close look reveals a smattering of white, black, red, brown, and tawny colors. However, the tail tip is always black.
