Species: The scientific name for the Grizzly is Ursus Arctos Horribilis. The Grizzly Bear is a subspecies of Brown Bear.

Lifespan: The average lifespan of a wild Grizzly is 25 years.

Size & Weight: A full grown Grizzly is 5-8 ft tall and 800 lbs!

Habitat: Grizzly Bears can be found in North America, Russia, western and central Europe. They prefer river valleys, open meadows, and mountain forests.

Diet: Grizzly bears eat grass, insects, roots, berries, carrion, small deer and antelopes. Suprisingly, mnost of their diet consists of grass.
